چکیده
The Red fox is the largest of true foxes and most abundant wild member carnivora. This study aimed to determine anatomical histological structure ovary salpinx foxes. four similar ages, which could not be rescued by Center despite all interventions, were dissected. Measurements taken from right-left using digital callipers. weights each measured a precision scale (min: 0.0001 g, max: 220 g). mean length was 13.43 ± 2.38 mm, width 6.28 1.99 thickness 4.89 0.18 weight 0.93 0.14 g. 76.22 3.02 1.98 0.07 0.53 0.31 Crossman’s triple staining method applied for examination tissue. It observed that surrounded germinative epithelium outside consisted cortex with different follicles in development stage, medulla layer plenty blood vessels nerve plexuses inside. In conclusion, we believe findings this may useful further studies on surgical operations (ovariectomy, ovariohysterectomy). addition, it eliminate insufficient information regarding reproductive system animals study.

Red fox reproduction in north-eastern Spain was studied by analysing the reproductive tracts of 84 females. Mean litter size was estimated to be 3.32 cubs per female, most of the births occurring from mid-March to mid-April.
متن کاملChemical immobilization of red foxes (Vulpes vulpes).
Red foxes (Vulpes vulpes) were immobilized with one of the following drug combinations: ketamine/xylazine (n = 22), ketamine/promazine (n = 35), ketamine/midazolam (n = 13), or tiletamine/zolazepam (n = 22). Foxes given ketamine/xylazine had the shortest induction and longest recovery times relative to other drug combinations, whereas foxes given ketamine/midazolam had the longest induction tim...
متن کاملPredation by Red Foxes (Vulpes vulpes) at an Outdoor Piggery
Outdoor pig operations are an alternative to intensive systems of raising pigs; however for the majority of outdoor pork producers, issues of biosecurity and predation control require significant management and (or) capital investment. Identifying and quantifying predation risk in outdoor pork operations has rarely been done, but such data would be informative for these producers as part of the...

In the Canton of Zurich in Switzerland, 1,252 red foxes (Vulpes vulpes) were examined during 1990-1991 for intestinal stages of Echinococcus multilocularis using the mucosal smear technique. Special safety precautions were employed during examination. An average of 35% (432 foxes) were infected, mostly with low to medium numbers of gravid worms producing thick-shelled eggs. In the eleven distri...
متن کاملCoexistence of coyotes (Canis latrans) and red foxes (Vulpes vulpes) in an urban landscape
Urban environments are increasing worldwide and are inherently different than their rural counterparts, with a variety of effects on wildlife due to human presence, increased habitat fragmentation, movement barriers, and access to anthropogenic food sources. Effective management of urban wildlife requires an understanding of how urbanization affects their behavior and ecology. The spatial activ...
